Wedding Guest Style Guide

Finding the perfect wedding guest dress can always be a struggle. To make the hunt easier, we put together some of our wedding guest go-to style tips. Get ready to be the best dressed wedding guest!

Less is More

When attending a wedding the focus is always on the bride and groom… and it should be! So we recommend keeping it simple. Try a dress with a simple silhouette and a romantic vibe. Shy away from anything too sexy or revealing.

Timing is Everything

Your entire look can change depending on the time of the ceremony. If it is an early afternoon wedding try something light, flowy and simple. If the ceremony takes place after 6pm go with something more fitted or sparkly.

Don’t Wear White

Although wedding traditions may change one thing still rings true, don’t wear white… or ivory… or cream. If you like wearing softer hues try a blush pink or a pale blue.

Check the Invitation

Last but not least - check the invitation. Most couples will list the dress code on the invitation or wedding website. Make sure to double check before you go shopping. If nothing is listed - google the venue to see what dress code would be appropriate.
